In March of this year, 2025, we were once again proud sponsors of the Academic Awards of Excellence for the students at FGC Sokoto High School, Nigeria, for the 5th consecutive year.

This marks a hallmark year for the Foundation in realizing our dream of seeing the transformative power of education at work.

These awards bring hope and inspire excellence in the students, by recognizing their efforts and dedication. They inspire students to reimagine their future.

Each year we provide financial scholarships with award plaques for deserving students who have been high achievers in their classes. These cash awards give parents hope and fill the students with inspiration and a desire to excel and to continue to do so. For some families these cash awards represent an entire years wage.

It has been our hope that these awards would drive a desire to raise the bar for the children in their studies - to understand the importance that their education brings to securing a bright future for themselves.

These awards also serve to infuse hope and inspiration to the esteemed instructors. It is our desire that they will sustain the motivation to persevere with these students, that they might achieve great things. 

It has been our goal to provide additional incentives in the future, for these children to be able to attend post-secondary studies, so that they can realize a brighter future for themselves.

We are grateful for the generous response of the FGC Skokoto High School who have allowed us to partner with them in this way. 

We are grateful to the FGC Sokoto school for their commitment to excellence and to their dedication to the well-being of the students.

This partnership has enabled us to implement programs and to have a positive impact on the future of these students.

The Foundation’s mission is to give back to our communities, whether local or remote. Initiatives like this inspire and motivate upcoming generations to strive for excellence.

We rely heavily on donations to implement and sustain programs such as this, and are grateful for the donors who have made this program possible.
